• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• If there is a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. We’ll notify you if your order will take longer than usual.

Local Delivery & In-Store Pickup

• Pickup: Free in-store pickup at our location. We’ll notify you when your order is ready.

International Shipping

 

• We currently only ship within the United States, but contact us for custom requests.

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier if an issue arises, and we’ll work with you to resolve it if possible.
